My husband and I started on our Freeze-Drying journey in July 2020. It first began as a way to GET PREPARED for emergencies and provide our family with HEALTHY, PRESERVATIVE-FREE meals.

A little about me: I received my Bachelor of Science degree back in 1997 in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. I spent over 25 years working as an employee. Throughout those years, I worked for a variety of companies in various industries (from a Global Winery to a Global Real Estate company, medical, signage, paper products, and even equipment rental!)

Over these years, I also have managed & owned several of my own businesses. I decided to take the leap finally - and become my own boss!

I love seeing others be able to do the same.
